Mt. Danyama
Located at an altitude of 340m in the center of the island, this is a place where the islanders enjoy the seasons. The road from Ieura Port to the observation deck is paved and ideal for hiking. From the observation deck, you can see the islands of the Setouchi Sea in a 360-degree view!

Terraced rice fields
The terraced rice fields are a traditional Japanese landscape. In conjunction with the opening of the Teshima Art Museum and the Setouchi Triennale in 2010, the terraced rice fields around the road from Karato-oka to the Teshima Art Museum were restored with the participation of the local residents.
